I had a wonderful experience at the hotel with an amazing atmosphere created by the friendly staff. The food was top-notch and I felt incredibly well taken care of during my stay. However, there were accessibility concerns for some guests, as the ramp to reception could be steep. Overall, it was a great stay with lots of positive moments but some room for improvement regarding access.
